FAQ:
- We provide A+ customer service. If you have a problem with any product we will take care of it. I monitor my email from 10am Pacific Time to 5pm Pacific Time. We do not use a drop shipper, all of our products are in stock and ready to ship. The only other case may be large wholesale orders.
- We check and inspect every product we ship. That includes Zippers, Strings and the overall quality of our products to assure top quality.

- Shipping is non-refundable.
- If you place your order by 1pm Pacific time M-F your merchandise will ship the same day. (after 1pm will ship next day). Weekend orders will ship monday morning.
TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:
- Prior to returning merchandise, email us with detailed reasons for your return. (Please include the item #).
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- All Merchandise must be returned within 7days of receipt of product.
